About Our Organization
The Kiel Municipal Band was officially formed in 1928 with Jacob Zwickey as director. Check out more history on the KMB, past performaces and learn a little about the band's famous street march "Invincible Fidelity"

Are you interested in becoming a member of the KMB? Do you want to share your talents through music or just help the band out? We have ways for all to contribute to this organization. It has taken many volunteers to make the KMB what it is today.
Member Information
  • Uniforms, Memorial Day, and more If you have extra uniform parts (pants, jacket, etc.), please return them at the Thursday, May 23 rehearsal.  We are trying to be ready for cool weather on Memorial Day.  Since many of you do not have the braid, everyone should remove the shoulder braid for Memorial Day.  We are hoping that the uniforms will be here in time for the first concert on June 12.  For those still needed uniforms, you may fit them during rehearsal on Thursday (5/23).If you need the tux or skirt/top for the July 4th concert, please make arrangements to be fitted for these as well.Memorial Day - you will need a lyre for the Navy Hymn.  If you need a copy ...
